These wafer seals have a slight frost to them, but become almost clear once applied so recipients know to mind the seal before opening. These wafer seals have a black mark on the back of the liner, to ensure quick and easy hand OR machine application. These seals are compliant with new postal regulations for sealing folded self-mailers under 1 ounce. They are solid translucent label tabs with no perforations.
