How to use Tamper Evident Security Tape

1- Carefully clean the mechanical impurities of the sealing surface - it must be pasted on a smooth, clean, dry surface.

2- Cut the tape into the appropriate length and attach it to a sealable object or paste it into a tampered area.

3- Accurately, over the entire length, to smooth the sealing label, in order to prevent the formation of air bubbles and wrinkles

4- The reliable waiting time for tape adhesion should be at least 15-20 minutes, the carton flatness, and humidity, old and new, directly affect letters displayed on the effect of the carton may be 90%, on the contrary, it may be 40%.

HCFA 1500 / CMS 1500 Claim Forms is required to use to bill Insurance / Medicare and all federal insurance, now you need to use only the New 2012 Version Each form must have accurate content and conform to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
